Your Heart is broken, Lord,
at the violence we see in the world.
Your Sacred Heart breaks with each act of violence that takes a life or injures a heart.
Father, forgive us. Open our hearts to your love.
Jesus, remind us that Your death was not in vain and Your Life was given for all.
Holy Spirit, guide us in the ways of peace.
For all those who are in pain,
Heal them, Oh, Lord.
For all those who are grieving,
Comfort them, Oh, God.
For all those whose lives will never be the same,
Hold them close to Your Heart.
For those who do not believe, inspire them, Oh, God.
For those who hate, forgive them, Oh Lord.
For those who have died, bring them into Your Love.
For those Who cannot forgive, melt their hearts.
We are blessed by Your Grace, and for that we thank You.
Lord, God, Lamb of God!
Forgive us, and in that forgiveness, inspire us to forgive our enemies.
Mercy, Lord Jesus, Mercy.
