In the Morning, the Sun Still Rose...

After the horrendous events of Good Friday,

the sun still rose the next morning.

As the Apostles waited in fear in the 

Upper Room,

the sun rose the next morning.

When the women left to anoint the body of 

Jesus,

even though they were fearful,

the sun rose.

The stone was gone.

The body of Jesus was no longer in His tomb.

There was Hope again.

Today,

we need to pray for peace.

We need to pray for 

Paris.

We need to pray for Japan.

We need to return to God.

Oh, my Jesus, forgive us our sins.

Save us from the fires of hell.

Lead all souls to heaven, especially those who are in most need of Your Mercy.
